To enter the garden, visitors drive onto a grassy right-of-way that borders the top part of the sloped garden.
Crape Myrtle Acoma (2) - installed on each end of border. White blossoms mid spring through early fall.
Christmas Fern - native fern. Planted in 2003.
White Pampas Grass (2) - soft, white plumes late summer and fall. Planted in 1997.
Daylily - blooms in late spring.
Pink Muhly Grass - ornamental grass. Soft, pink tops in late summer. Planted spring 2005. Purple Switchgrass - ornamental. Purple-red leaves with bright red plumes in later summer. Planted spring 2005. Sweet Pea - native vines grow on arbor. Pastel and white blossoms in summer.
